Thematic Activities consist in taking part to the seminars outlined below. Attendance is compulsory. The evaluation will be based on students’ interaction during seminars and a multiple choice test to be held in the first half of March.

First year students (enrolled in A.Y. 2021/2022) and Second year students (enrolled in A.Y. 2020/2021) are required to attend the following seminars:

• February 28th, 2022, Matteo Mazziotta, Istat. Title: “Composite Indices for Measuring Multidimensional Phenomena”
• March 8th, 2022, Monica Scannapieco, Istat. Title: “Big Data and Official Statistics: towards the production of Trusted Smart Statistics”
• March 9th, 2022, Simona Mastroluca, Istat. Topic: Population Permanent Census.
